Alongside my primary work on ACE Business and Consumer Account, I also contributed to ACE Money Transfer through design, prototyping, user flows, responsive design support, and product testing.

UNDERSTANDING THE FLOW
Created and mapped user flows to support clearer journeys and provide structure for product and design discussions.

IMPROVING THE ASSOCIATE PORTAL
Redesigned the Associate Portal dashboard with guidance, focusing on associates' experience managing and tracking their earnings and activity.

WEBSITE DESIGN SUPPORT
Contributed to the responsive design process for the new ACE Money Transfer website and developed interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys and interface behaviour.

QUALITY VALIDATION
Tested the product to identify functional issues and validate the user experience before and after changes.
